Do you have a holiday home to rent out but are not around to meet your guests on arrival?
Let La Cala Vista take care of your incoming and outgoing guests.
With a friendly face, we will welcome your guests to your property, provide keys for them on arrival and help them familiarise themselves with their holiday accommodation.
And of course, we can also be available to pick up your keys and secure your property upon your guests’ departure.

Key Holding

Our key holding service is the ideal way to ensure easy access to your property, should you need it, whilst your apartment/villa is left unoccupied. Having someone with a spare set of keys will give you peace of mind, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
We can also provide inspections on a monthly basis, (or more frequently if desired), reporting directly to you, giving you the confidence your apartment or villa is in good condition.
